Blanking Out On A Math Test? DO THIS!

Do you know someone who suffers from test anxiety?

Test anxiety, especially when it comes to math, is alarmingly common. There are many reasons why this is, which I won't go into today.

Today, I'm here to give you a practical tool to use when you are in the middle of that test, in full-on panic mode. Sweaty armpits, racing heartbeat, catastrophic thinking. Your body's flight or fight mode has officially hijacked your brain's ability to use its newly formed neurons, no matter how strongly you have built them.

Your main goal in this moment is to calm your body down and bring your thinking brain back online.

What is this magical tool? It's not deep breathing. It's not counting to ten backwards. Watch my tutorial here for a quick trick to quiet, reset, and warm-up that noisy, hijacked, frozen brain.

Good luck & give it a try!
